Shantanu Nigam

Shantanu is a veteran entrepreneur with a passion for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and patient wellness. His drive is fueled by a unique background that spans healthcare and the transformative AI technology that has changed the way complex problems are understood and solved today. Shantanu’s career path started in the late 90s when he founded an AI company that was shifting search algorithms from keyword-based to intent driven through the use of Eigenspace.

Shantanu moved into Accenture’s Healthcare practice where he helped bring to market some of Accenture’s most innovative and leading-edge offerings. Recently, Shantanu was Co-founder and CEO of Jvion from inception in 2011 to taking the company through a 9-figure acquisition by Private Equity in Jan 2019. Jvion, prior to being acquired became the nation’s largest clinical AI product both in terms of number of hospitals served and number of patients impacted. Currently, Shantanu serves as Managing Partner of seedToB Capital, a VC fund specializing in and helping Healthcare AI companies path from seed stage to Series B.

Shantanu earned his Bachelor of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, India.
