Mike Egan

VP of Customer Success, Provider Solutions


Mike’s experience spans Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, Implementation, Software Quality, Project/Program Management, PMO, Analytics, Sales and Customer Support. That experience covers several verticals, but he has spent most of his career with healthcare technology companies from clinical applications, to healthcare integration technology, to pre-clinical life sciences.

Before OncoLens, Mike served as the VP Customer Succes and Integrations for BenchSci, biomedical artificial intelligence software for scientists, where he built the Customer Success team from the ground up and scaled the team 5x in 2.5 years. He also served as the VP of Platform Operations leading PMO and Analytics operations. Prior to that he served and VP of Customer Success and Service Delivery for Stack Sports, and prior to that he built and led the team that managed and supported hundreds of healthcare provider customers while at Corepoint Health (now Rhapsody).

Mike is a founding member of the On Deck Customer Success Fellowship (ODCS1), and also has been a Customer Success coach with Catalyst Coaching Corner since 2020. Mike has a B.S. in International Economics from Texas Tech University. In his free time, when not spending time with his family, he is a community theatre enthusiast as both a patron and a performer, and amateur cyclist.
