• Bridge business & technical teams Translate clinical and operational questions into clear, data driven requirements for engineers and product managers.
• Build & maintain BI assets Develop, iterate, and document Sigma dashboards and reports for internal decision making and external deliverables.
• Data exploration & investigation Dive into complex datasets to answer adhoc questions, surface anomalies, and validate data transformations with performant SQL.
• Internal tooling Create selfservice dashboards that empower Sales, Customer Success, Clinical Ops, and executives.
• Customerfacing insights Surface valuable clinical and operational metrics from the OncoLens Oncology Knowledge Base in partnership with Product.
• Collaborate on a modern data stack Work closely with engineers on a modern data platform in order to expose actionable and valuable data insights.
• Define metrics & documentation Establish sourceoftruth definitions, maintain data dictionaries, and champion analytics best practices across the organization.

• Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (Math, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Economics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort querying large datasets.
• Experience with a modern BI platform Sigma preferred (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI acceptable).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
• Active role in a data or business analytics role.
• Exposure to healthcare or other high compliance data.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms.
• Experience in a startup or other fastgrowing, crossfunctional environment.

• The complexities of integrating realtime oncology datafrom structured sources (EHR/FHIR tables, clinical registries) to unstructured notes and reports mined with NLP/LLM pipelinesso you understand where insights originate, even if youre not building those pipelines yourself.
