OncoLens is the leading platform for Oncology teams to collaborate and formulate care plans for cancer patients in both live and virtual conferences. These multidisciplinary conferences allow presenting providers and their care team to represent patients in front of other care teams, resulting in better patient outcomes. We achieved this with a customer-focused design that starts with listening to the customer, iterating, and innovating.
This role will assist us in taking all the feedback from today and start looking to the future. We have heard amazing ideas from our customers who have guided us to where we are and are giving us a glimpse of the future. We also have grand ideas on where to take the platform while remaining easy to use, intuitive, and rich in features.
In the age of virtual, assist us in enhancing platform functionality that embraces workflows to allow participants to work asynchronously but also in a mix of in-person, virtual meetings, and hybrid meetings. These users can be in different rooms, buildings, states or even countries.
- Develop a deep understanding and empathy for our target personas and the problems we’re solving for them.
- Champion an iterative approach that begins with journey mapping, sketches and rough wireframes and ends with high-fidelity, interactive prototypes, while incorporating user feedback all along the way.
- Ability to rapidly iterate, creating multiple design solutions.
