We’re looking for a Support Engineer who is a self-starter and energized by working on a dynamic team. This role reports to the Director of DevOps.

Support Engineer Position Details

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and maintain computer networks and applications.

  • Create and update documentation based on customer interactions.

  • Work hard to solve customer problems while delighting them along the way.

  • Participate in regular rotations for weekday and weekend on-call coverage, providing emergency support to our customers

  • Suggest and implement improvements to support workflows

  • Collaborate with product and development teams to build new features and fix bugs

  • Build and maintain internal tools to support our growing company

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to build the best solution for both the company and customers

  • Getting your features out to real customers using the OncoLens platform every single day

What You Should Have

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred in computer science, engineering or related field, however, self-taught engineers are welcome with equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.

  • Experience with multiple languages and frameworks such as PHP, .NET, TypeScript, and NodeJS

  • A curiosity to dig deep to solve varied and complex problems

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills – the ability to explain technical issues to a non-technical is crucial

  • Familiarity with web applications built with React, Angular or similar SPA frameworks

  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or non-relational databases (K:V stores, document databases)

  • A solid command of distributed source control systems such as Git
