We are looking for a Strategic Account Management leader with strong business acumen, consultative skills, who is a self-starter and energized by working in a dynamic environment.   

In this role, you’ll work with the Sales, Implementation and Customer Success teams to strengthen and grow existing relationships with complex customers. The role will manage a range of key projects and milestones, oversee strategic account performance, retention, and growth and use product knowledge to engage stakeholder adoption and product recommendations.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities:

  • Support stakeholders at OncoLens’ largest and most complex customers and help develop innovative strategies to drive engagement. 
  • Develop deep and beneficial relationships with customers across all levels, including clinical leadership, administrative level leadership and the C-suite. 
  • Establish goals for the customer account at the outset of implementation and measure/monitor traction to the achievement of those goals. 
  • Conduct ongoing business reviews with various customer stakeholders. 
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations, advance the OncoLens culture of exceptional customer service.  
  • Foster a consultative relationship with customers, helping them to maximize value of use of the OncoLens application while also being a trusted partner in developing future growth solutions and strategies.
  • Deliver value-driven solutions; ensure that customers begin every interaction with OncoLens with a clear understanding of its purpose and conclude every interaction with tangible results or next steps 
  • Become a product and domain expert, use that knowledge to make customers successful in their business and identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell. 
  • Understand how customers interact with OncoLens products, identify their needs, challenges, and ideas and bring the voice of the customer to the internal team to develop and enhance products and services.   
  • Review customer utilization data and identify opportunities to proactively eliminate risk to retention, drive growth of new products and services. 

This is a highly cross-functional role, focused on working with customers as well as other internal teams, including Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Development, Product, and Marketing. Ultimately, the Strategic Account Managers are responsible for advocating for customers and working to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. 

What You Should Have

Requirements: 

You’re a data driven problem solver with impeccable relationship building and project management skills. You enjoy delivering presentations and public speaking leveraging your oral and written communication skills. The role requires a sharp analytical mind, client management and organizational skills, resourcefulness, and a passion for addressing the most complex medical and technological challenges. 

  • 5+ years experience in healthcare consulting, account management or project management, preferably in oncology including: 
  • Collaborating and communicating with a wide range of business, clinical and diagnostic staff and leadership at hospitals and health systems 
  • A strong ability to solve problems in a resourceful and data-driven manner while working in a fast-paced, demanding start-up environment 
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills 
  • Superior problem-solving skills  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • A self starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to efficiently handle multiple issues at once  
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of department’s role in organization  
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills and comfortable interacting with physicians and hospital leadership  
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations; preferably a cancer center
