We are looking for an Integration Manager, who is a self-starter and energized by working in a dynamic environment. This role reports to the VP of Operations and Customer Success, working remotely and at our offices at ATDC in Atlanta, GA.
Our team is in need of an enthusiastic individual who can help us grow a world-class Customer Success program while also handling high-visibility strategic projects and customers. Integration Manager (Remote) Position Details
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as a project lead or project team member on activities that require integration activities (EMR, SSO, Cancer Registry, Laboratory integration, etc)
- Provide project management, training, and support throughout the integration and go-live of our platform.
- Acts as primary contact for clients during the integration process.
- Consults with clients to prepare and maintain Statement of Work and project plans for integration projects.
- Manage a detailed project plan and communicate status to the client and OncoLens management team.
- Coordinate and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of integration products while meeting customer requirements and aligning with their goals
- Conduct coordination efforts with vendors such as Epicand Cerner, handling documentation, approval flows, etc
- Be an internal stakeholder and advocate for the customer as it relates to the integration use cases and workflows
- Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, reporting, and resolving interface-related customer issues
- Perform integration testing and L2 support for integrations, work with engineering teams to define internal tooling and procedures
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding workflows and business needs and handling all incidents with a sense of urgency and professional attitude
- Collaborating with stakeholders to build the best solution for both the company and customers
- Participate in and support audit initiatives to remain in compliance with HIPAA, SOC2, etc.
- Manage multiple projects at once.
- Manage change and client expectations effectively.
- Establish aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlines.
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Contributes to the team effort by completing other tasks/projects as needed.
Key Competencies
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience in healthcare technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management and customer service software.
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Superior problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to efficiently handle multiple issues at once
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the department’s role in the organization
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills and comfortable interacting with physicians and hospital leadership
- Knowledge of healthcare operations; preferably a cancer center
What You Should Have
- Proficient in numerous EMRs, including but not limited to Athena, Cerner, Epic, etc.
- Knowledgeable in HL7 and FHIR protocols
- Complex client/server architecture and implementation in healthcare environments
- Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project
